The First Trip To My Father’s Land


                Last week, I went to Kalijoyo,Kajen with my father to check his land there. This was the first time I went there, because I never went there for almost 3 years since my father bought that land. We went there in order to checkout the land’s location with the buyer who wanted to buy the land.
                We went there by motorcycle at 8 a.m. First, we met the buyer and we went there together. We arrived there at 9 a.m., and my father showed the land’s boundaries to make the buyer sure about the land’s size. When my father was talking and negotiating with the buyer, I took some photos for my documentations. After all he business clear, we went home.
                The next three days, the buyer called my father. He negotiated about the price and agree about the price. After that, he made an appoinment and decided the time when they could meet again to give the payment and clear all the business at notarist.

                I was so happy to hear that, because my father’s land had been sold after many times my father had offered it to many people.

Pros And Cons Playing Video Games Nowadays, the video games industry is developing rapidly. It becomes a multi-billion dollar industry. Video games have become an important part not only in the children’ life, but also in the adults’ life. Nevertheless, there is an argument whether video games bring good or bad influences on children. People who have a pro argument claim that video games give a lot of benefits, playing video games is a good way to kill children’s boredom. Parkour Community Give Charity For Flood Victims             Pekalongan’s Parkour Community, Wirasena, gives charity for flood victims in Panjang, North Pekalongan. They collect the money by doing some acrobatic attraction in many location, such as in Hayam Wuruk crossroad and in front of Matahari Department Store at 29 th May, 2018. People who watch their attraction will interested, so they may give some money and it will be collected to help flood victims. This event is done in order to help flood victims and introducing parkour which very strange and not common in Pekalongan’s people. They start this event at 4 p.m. after pray ashar and doing some attraction while waiting for adzan maghrib or as called as “Ngabuburit”.
